Compliance and Ethics

Business with integrity

To build trust in our employees, clients, customers and communities we operate in, we conduct business with a high level of integrity.

We always seek to act in accordance with the highest ethical standards and we continuously strive to comply with local and international laws, including the requirements under the UK Bribery Act and US Foreign Corrupt Practices Act. Therefore, our Code of Conduct and underlying policies, defines how we conduct business at Falck and are applicable to all our employees and business partners globally.

Falck is committed to conduct business with integrity and fair competition. Accordingly, we do not accept illegal, anti-competitive behaviour or other unethical business practices as a mean to win or maintain business.

Whistle blower system

Global Audit & Compliance is responsible for our whistle blower system, Falck Alert, where we encourage our employees and business partners to report any concern or wrongdoing. At Falck we believe speaking up is an integral part of enhancing our culture and ethical standards, which ultimately makes us a trusted business partner.

Modern Slavery Act

Falck is committed to conducting business with fairness and integrity. We operate in compliance with the applicable laws and our ethical principles. In this way we will continue to combat the risk of modern slavery in our business and our supply chain.

We have published our annual Modern Slavery Act Transparency Statement (MSA Statement) in accordance with section 54 of the UK Modern Slavery Act 2015. We have set out the steps taken by Falck during this financial year and steps to be taken in the future to prevent modern slavery and human trafficking from occurring in our businesses and supply chains.
