Processing of personal data by using cookies

This website/application uses cookies which may lead to the processing of personal data. We recommend that you read our Privacy Policy, which describes our processing activities and your rights as a data subject.

Below provides specific information about what cookies we use and how. This information should be read together with the Privacy Policy.

What is a cookie?

A cookie is a small data file that is saved on your computer, tablet or mobile phone.

How and why the website/application uses cookies?

Cookies are used in order to make websites/applications work, or work more efficiently, as well as to provide information to us, as the owners of the site or an application.

We use the necessary cookies to make our site work. Necessary cookies enable core functionality such as security, network management, and accessibility. These cookies are enabled by default. You may disable these by changing your browser settings, but this may affect how the website/application functions.

We'd also like to set optional functional, statistical and marketing cookies to help us get an overview of your visit to the website/application so that we can continually optimize and adjust the website/application to your requirements and interests. Optional cookies are disabled by default and we won't set them unless you consent to them by selecting them in the cookie banner or a cookie settings menu below (under “Cookie Policy”).

Some cookies are set by us (first-party cookies), while others are set by our partners (third party cookies). For a complete overview of different necessary and optional cookies we are using as well as specific purposes set out for each of them, please consult a table below.

How long are cookies saved?

How long cookies are saved on your device can vary.

Technically speaking, there are two types of cookies:

  • Session cookies: For example, session cookies keep track of items in your shopping cart while you are navigating a website/application. Session cookies are not stored on your device and disappear when you close your browser.
  • Persistent cookies: Persistent cookies are stored as text files on your device. Persistent cookies enable our server to recognize your device the next time you log into our website/application.

The time when cookies are scheduled to expire is calculated from the last date you visited the website/application. When cookies expire, they are automatically deleted. The table below provides information about the retention periods for each cookie type.

This is how you can change your cookie settings and delete cookies

You can change your cookies preferences at any time by enabling or disabling optional cookies on your computer, tablet or phone in the cookie settings menu below (under “Cookie Policy”).

You can also change your cookie preferences and delete cookies by changing your browser settings. Where these settings can be found depends on the type of browser you are using. If you do change the settings, please be aware that there will be some functions and services that you cannot use because they rely on the website being able to remember the choices you have made.

Remember: If you are using several different browsers, you must delete the cookies in all of them.
