ISO Integrated Management System

Falck uses an Integrated Management System which is externally certified by a multinational independent third party to the following management standards;

  • ISO 9001 – Quality Management Systems
  • ISO 14001 – Environmental Management Systems
  • ISO 45001  – Occupational Health and Safety Management Systems

The scope of certification includes:

  • Medical, Security & Emergency Services
  • Fire Protection Services
  • Fire, emergency response and medical training
  • Hire of ambulances, rescue tenders/trailers, fire appliances, medical centres and specialist equipment.

Falck’s management system supports the specific objective of ensuring that all work completed, and services or products provided by Falck consistently meets the specified high level requirements of our clients.
